Delete your TreeCheck UK account

An account is optional. You can delete it yourself at any time, in the TreeCheck: TPO Finder app or on this website.

In the app

1. Open the You tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at treecheck.projectlists.co.uk/login.
2. On Your account, choose Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted at once: your email address, password and the link between you and your reports. Kept: order records for 6 years for HMRC, without your email. Reports saved on your phone stay on your phone until you remove them or the app.

Cannot sign in? Email support@treecheck.uk from the address on the account and we delete it within 30 days. TreeCheck UK is a trading name of JAGAT IT UK LTD.
